| These Heat Demons kits are designed where the front of the Controller Housing Unit is modified to fit over the 1¼" Chubby Handlebars. Controller assembly replaces the Clutch Perch Clamp and is specially designed to be compatible with the larger diameter Harley Davidson handlebars.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
** For '08 and newer bikes with Electronic Throttle and 1¼" or Chubby bars, the ID of the HandleBars needs to be increased to .875". Standard ID of 1¼" bars is .835". HeatDemons will not fit in companion with the Electronic Throttle. Those bars will need to be reamed out to .875" at a machine shop.
