| These Heat Demon Kits are designed for those applications where your bike has 1¼" Chubby Bars and needs the Controller mounted on either the Throttle Side or Right Side of the Harley Davidson. This kit is designed to mount and replace the Brake Perch Clamp.
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
** For '08 and newer bikes with Electronic Throttle and 1¼" or Chubby bars, the ID of the HandleBars needs to be increased to .875". Standard ID of 1¼" bars is .835". HeatDemons will not fit in companion with the Electronic Throttle. Those bars will need to be reamed out to .875" at a machine shop.
